Known Damage History: 7-13-56 Top and Bottom Right Elevator Skins replaced. 5-18-58 Hard Landing; Gear Bulkhead and right wing repair. The aircraft does not have float plane kit.

Interior:

Complete new quilted Leather Interior July 26, 2019 with super soundproofing. All FAR 25.853B Flammability certified. All Interior Metal and Plastic re-painted including door jambs, All entry seals replaced, Gray Quilted Seats with dark Gray Carpet and Light Gray headliner. Seats re-built with new foam. All new placards, new door stewards, Interior is a perfect ‘10’.

Exterior:

Dupont IMRON 8-2-73 by Fred McClellan Overall White with Red Trim in ’68 H model scheme. Condition ‘7.5’ on 10 scale. Cowling has been touched up with slight mismatch on red. Fuselage has minor orange peel. Fiberglas strut fairings have a couple stop drilled cracks. Minor hangar rash. Aircraft is waxed and has been hangered its entire life. Entire finish doesn’t show any UV damage nor chipping. Aircraft windows all have good clarity with no hazing or UV damage. No hail damage evident. No surface corrosion evident anywhere including exhaust ramp (Minor and treated). Overall Exterior rates ‘7.5 to 8’.

Summary:

Always a Michigan based airplane. Began its life at KYIP (Willow Run). First owner was University of Michigan (15 years) 8 subsequent Michigan owners Currently based at 9G2 (Linden Price Airport). The aircraft has not flown much. (68 Hrs last 23 years, including 30 hours since July 2018). It is clean. All AD’s are complied with. The following maintenance items have been complied with over the past 10 years: Both fuel cells replaced, new style impulse couplings, Starter drive replaced, New parking brake and secondary seat stops installed. Vacuum pump replaced. Carb overhaul, etc. Specifications subject to Purchaser’s verification upon inspection. Subject to prior sale or removal from market.
