At 240 Hours Airframe time the Aircraft went back to Mooney for repairs which involved replacement by the factory of the following: L Fwd lower fuselage skin, L Flap lower skin, Empennage Lower stringer skins, LH Horizontal Stab skin. Additionally at 291 hrs the engine received a teardown inspection for a prop strike.

Interior:

Tasteful Light Gray Leather with Medium Gray Carpet. Interior is in excellent condition. Never smoked in. Interior easily rates an 8.5 to 9 on a 10 scale.

Exterior:

Recent Extensive exterior detailing by Flying Colors in Benton Harbor, MI. Most of aircraft was re-painted with Brilliant White, Concord Metallic Blue and Star Metallic Silver and Cumulus Gray. Glass is excellent, Polished Spinner, Stainless steel cam-loc’s. This airplane presents as nearly new on the outside. It is stunning and garners many comments.

Summary:

This airplane was marketed as a M20S Eagle. However, It was issued an M20R Airworthiness. This pristine Mooney is essentially an Ovation with an Eagle price. Mooney refers to it as a "Standing Ovation'. Add the 310HP, TKS and fresh Paint detailing and one has the best value in a Mooney today.
