Removed Engines, Props Landing Gear, Outboard wings, Horizontal Stabilizer, Elevators, Vertical Stabilizer, Rudder, Nacelle Covers, Nacelle Fuel Bladders, Replaced All Attach Fittings, Replaced Wing and Tail Deice Boots, Performed Eddy Current NDT on trunions, Replaced Nose Gear Strut and fork, new nose gear steering bell crank, right aileron cable, all new cabin Skandia cabin insulation, overhauled engine trusses and braces both sides. Stripped, inspected and repainted wheel assemblies.

Tasteful Mauve Leather Interior. Light Mauve Tweed Wool Carpet with Gray Ultrasuede headliner. Woodwork in above average condition. Overall condition of Interior is a 7 on 10 scale.

Exterior:

Aircraft is painted in overall light Pink with Dark Pink and Lavender accents. Aircraft was owned by famous WW2 Womens Air Service pilot and Congressional Gold Medal winner Suzanne Parish who painted this aircraft to match her Curtiss P-40 War Hawk and Beech T-34 Mentor. Glass is in excellent condition. Boots are new. No hail. Overall condition of the exterior is a 7.5 on 10 scale. Flying Colors of Benton Harbor, MI will repaint this aircraft for $19,000.

Summary:

This aircraft has been based at Kalamazoo for nearly 2 decades and is a part of the collection at the Kalamazoo Aviation History Museum. It’s late owner was the Co-Founder of the Air Zoo which is considered to be a top 5 Aviation Museum. No expense has been spared on this Conquest over the years to maintain it to the highest standards.
